Early Bird Testing

Early users are adversarial collaborators, not a validation audience. The objective is to find where Idea Ledger misunderstands, overreaches, loses origin, creates ambiguity, or forces organization too early.

Questions to apply

  • Can a thought be marked without breaking conversational flow?
  • Does the Card Summary accurately represent what was meant?
  • Are the person's exact words distinguishable from the AI Snapshot?
  • Is anything treated as settled while still developing?
  • Can the surrounding context be recovered later?
  • What behavior would cause distrust?

Report findings

  • Use IDE# for a proposed improvement.
  • Use QUE# for ambiguity or unresolved concern.
  • Use DEC# to challenge or support a design decision.
  • Add PRJ:idea-ledger for consistent routing.

The v0 master access key must not be distributed as multi-user authentication. Testing remains facilitated until individual identity, attribution, revocation, and privacy boundaries exist.
