Make a First Capture¶

Write naturally and place one trigger before or after the thought:

Trigger	Use
IDE#	A possibility worth preserving or developing.
QUE#	An uncertainty that may later receive one or more results.
DEC#	A proposed or reached decision whose reasoning should remain visible.

Add PRJ:name when the project association is already known. Classification does not need to be perfect at capture time.

QUE# Can one Idea Card belong to several projects? PRJ:idea-ledger

The original text becomes the Source Record. Any AI-generated title or summary becomes a separate Snapshot.
