Idea Ledger Project Memory¶
Project Memory is the distilled, maintained documentation for Idea Ledger. It complements the Ledger rather than replacing it:
- The Ledger preserves emerging thought and its history.
- Project Memory records the terminology, boundaries, protocols, components, and decisions currently accepted for building the system.
- Every material statement in Project Memory should eventually cite the Idea Card or Decision Card that supports it.
Documents¶
- Early Bird Testing: orientation and adversarial testing.
- EvenFlow and CramNGo: boundary between doing work and learning the system.
- Vocabulary: controlled working language.
- Component Registry: named, discussable parts of the system.
- Current State: implemented, proposed, and explicitly excluded capabilities.
- Feedback Protocol: how early users report findings.
- Collaborative Agent Handoff: accepted context and continuation protocol for an implementation Agent.
- Adversarial Agent Handoff: read-only audit mandate and evidence standard for a challenging Agent.
Maintenance rule¶
Project Memory is not automatically rewritten from every conversation. Proposed changes first enter the Ledger. Once accepted, their effect is deliberately incorporated here with the supporting card identifier.
